But if there is any chance of adopting the British dollar scheme for Hongkong (about which the Chamber of Commerce have appointed a Committee - see 14800), would it not be a pity to legalize the Yen also? It would seem only an additional obstacle in the way of the British Dollar obtaining popularity. Anyhow, it would
